How much is shipping?

Economy shipping is always FREE within the U.S.

When will my order ship?

Orders typically ship within 2 business days Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your order’s journey.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused helmets in their original packaging. If the size isn’t quite right or you’re not fully stoked, we’ll help you exchange or return it. Just email support@hydahelmets.com with your Shopify order number to get started.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship outside of the U.S.

Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Changes can be made to your order within 4 hours of ordering. 

How can I check my order status?

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details. As soon as it ships, you’ll get a tracking email with a link you can click anytime to see real-time updates on your package’s journey.

If you created an account at checkout, you can also log in anytime to view your order history and current order status. Didn’t make an account? No problem — just use the tracking link in your email.

How should I care for my helmet?
  • Rinse After Salt & Sand: A quick freshwater rinse removes salt crystals that can wear down materials.
  • Air Dry in the Shade: Skip the blazing sun, let it dry naturally to protect the shell + padding.
  • Check Your Straps: Keep an eye on wear and replace if they lose tension.
  • Store Smart: Stash it in a cool, dry place (not the trunk of your car).
